FAQ

What is the return policy?

If you have any issues with the product you receive, please contact us via our email listed. We will try our best to make it right!

Do you ship outside Canada?

No. Unfortunately at this time, we only ship within Canada. But we are working on making it more accessible!

Are your treats suitable for both dogs and cats?

Yes! Most of our treats are safe and nutritious for both dogs and cats, unless otherwise noted on the product label. We carefully select proteins and ingredients that support both species’ needs.

My pet has allergies or a sensitive stomach — can they eat your treats?

Absolutely. Many of our recipes are single-ingredient or limited-ingredient, making them perfect for pets with sensitivities. You can also check each product description for allergy notes and ingredient details.

How should I store Electric Pets treats?

Our treats are dehydrated or freeze-dried to preserve freshness naturally. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. For the freshest experience, reseal tightly after opening — or refrigerate for extra longevity.

How long do your treats last?

Because we make small, fresh batches without preservatives, shelf life is typically 3–6 months (varies slightly by product). Each bag has a best-before date printed on the back.

Are your treats vet-approved?

Our recipes are created based on whole-nutrition principles and veterinary nutritional guidelines. While we are not veterinarians ourselves, we always recommend consulting your vet for pets with specific medical conditions.
